Return and refund policy
Important Information
- 14 days for returns
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days
- No restocking costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Return Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags and stickers. Worn, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase in order for your refund to be processed.
Return for Processing
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service department at support@dealguide.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and labels.
3. Send your return: Send the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item(s) are returned to us safely. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the payment method originally used for purchase.
Processing Time
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after we receive the returned item(s).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service at support@dealguide.org. There you will receive instructions on how to make an exchange.
Cancel Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and they will cancel your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@dealguide.org. We will take care of the return and arrange a replacement or refund.
