Delivery time
After you place your order, it will take an average of 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and 8-12 working days for it to be delivered.

Postage costs
We cover the shipping costs for each order.

Cancel Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and they will cancel your order.

Delayed Orders
During periods of high demand or during periods of heavy shopping, orders may be delayed. If your order is delayed, please be patient and allow an additional 3 business days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact our customer service team at support@dealguide.org.

Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, it is important that you document the damage immediately by taking detailed photos. Then contact our customer service at support@dealguide.org. Make sure to include your order number.
